A return visit after getting a good result on the 27th, but this time joined by MRB, BC and Margaret. The difference in Blackcap numbers was quite stark dropping from over 40 birds just a few days before to a quarter of that number. Garden Warblers were slightly up. There were also Reed Warblers passing through and a single Sedge Warbler.
We had started late as there was rain early on and didn't continue too long either due to the warmth of the day.
Totals: 46 (12)
Blackbird - 2
Robin - 2
Dunnock - 4
Reed Warbler - 5
Sedge Warbler - 1
Blackcap - 6 (4)
Garden Warbler - 9 (1)
Chiffchaff - 5 (1)
Willow Warbler- 3
Goldcrest - 1
Long-tailed Tit - 1
Blue Tit - 2 (4)
Great Tit - 0 (2)
Treecreeper - 2
