Wraysbury GP and Epsom Common - 23rd June 2021

The weather allowed a visit to Wraysbury, but activity was low resulting in few catches, leading to use finishing early.

A single Wood Lark flew over, which is unusual for the site, and the usual Odonata were present, with the addition of a Hairy Dragonfly.

Afterwards a visit was made to Epsom Common to see Black Hairstreak which proved successful, but only around 5 individuals seen along with a White Admiral and newly emerged Small Skippers. This was the visit to the area. There was a very nice pond good for Odonata but much of it inaccessible.
