Denise and I tried to entice a few days into the net with bread, but again the site of the net caused them to be cautious and my netting ability is clearly too slow, hence the zero catch. We did have a Buzzard over the woods and a few Mandarin on the lake, with 3 males (one in eclipse, the other two still in full male plumage) and three females, one of them with a brood of five ducklings.
